Thanksgiving 5K Race

If you start training now by walking, eating less, or doing anything consistently to improve your health, you too could do one of these run/walk 5k Thanksgiving races.

I did the Thanksgiving 5k (3.1 Miles).

I’m glad at 79 that I can still participate in these 5k races.

However, next year my time is going to be better.

You may have to accept a used copy of this book or an eBook version, since it came out in 1982.

I first read this book the year it came out and have reviewed my notes and highlighted passages over the years and recently again.

It is enjoyable reading and you will learn something about the larger than life leaders who helped shape our world.
