Somewhere in Time is one of my husband’s favorite movies. (He’s such a sweet romantic.)
So funny about changing the clocks. Arizona does it right!

It is a very nice film. Once a year at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, people stay there for a weekend dressed as they did back in 1912. As for changing back the clocks, I cannot believe we are still doing that.

Love the clock business for an oven and needing a masters in electronic engineering–or a hammer. Either or! lol But yeah–daylights savings. I keep hearing about voting to get rid of it…but it never seems to reach that actual point, does it?
Also interesting how people dress up in period clothes on the island once a year. I’ve gotta tell my dad this, because Somewhere in Time was one of our favorite movies to watching together when I was growing up.

Thank so so much for commenting and sorry for the delayed reply. Just goes to show, once something like that goes into effect, it is so hard to get rid of it. Yes, the Somewhere in Time Weekend is an experience.
