I believe this book was written to help young girls become more self-confident, develop a strong body image, develop and practice healthy lifestyle habits and successfully manage times of transition. With that said, I think anyone would benefit from this book.

I’ve had a few email exchanges with Karen over the years and she is an absolutely wonderful person, who wrote a wonderful book. I first read it in 2018 and never does a year go by that I don’t review the book and get inspired again.
