It’s All About Priorities

BOOK OF THE WEEK

I bought this book for two reasons. First, it is written by Arnold. Second, because I found the title inspiring–“Be Useful.”

So far, I have read 168 pages of this book, and I believe you will find the book encouraging. As for me, every day since I pre-ordered this book, its title has inspired me to be useful.

Be Useful

By Arnold Schwarzenegger

Arnold’s success was guided by the one lesson Arnold’s father hammered into him above all: be useful. As Arnold conquered every realm he entered, he kept his father’s adage close to his heart. (Source: Loosely based upon comments found on Amazon)

I thought some of this film was in poor taste; but overall, the film is entertaining. It also has something to say, even if the film’s creators may not have realize everything the film was saying.

  1. I loved Elvis singing and playing the piano for “Unchained Melody”. Quite poignant considering he died 2 months later. His breathing seemed a bit labored but his voice was great!! I just adored him so!!

    I loved the quotes!!

    Good job again Master Bill!

    • Yes, Elvis who was in such bad shape could still do something like “Unchained Melody” – amazing. Thanks very much Wylene for commenting and I’ll see you when I return to the gym.
