I read in Alain de Botton’s book, How Proust Can Change Your Life, something I thought was worth trying and wanted to pass it on to you folks. It goes like this:

As always, thank you so much for taking the time to comment. As for the competition, I was able to set a new state age/weight deadlift record with a deadlift of 369.2 lbs. I think you will find “Steal Like An Artist” and excellent little book.
