BOOK OF THE WEEK
I’m not sure, but I tend to classify Buddhism as a philosophy, because it does not involve worshipping a supernatural entity.
Even if you are of the Middle Eastern faiths (Jewish, Christian, or Muslim), I believe you can still find something in this book that you can use.
I found this an easy to read and informative book about a philosophy that goes back 2,500 years ago.

MOVIE OF THE WEEK
Not the best movie; but, this Netflix film was entertaining.

MUSIC OF THE WEEK
Once In A Lifetime (1980)
By Talking Heads
Add’l Info
“Once in a Lifetime” [was] inspired by Afrobeat musicians. David Byrne’s vocals were inspired by preachers delivering sermons, with lyrics addressing existential crisis and the unconscious. The music video, directed by Byrne and Toni Basil, has Byrne dancing erratically over footage of religious rituals.

“Exhaustipated,” hahaha! The hubster and I watched a fabulous movie Friday called, “Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris.” If nothing else, the antique cars are spectacular! (It’s set in the 1950s.)

Yes, I recall seeing “Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris”. When it comes to cars in films, Poirot, with David Suchet is set in the art deco 30’s and the cars in the 13 seasons are fantastic. As always, thank you for commenting Vera

Talking Heads – a firm favourite and this is a great song. Tom Hanks used this as the title song for his movie A Hologram For The King, which I quite enjoyed. Not a blockbuster by any means, but made some very salient points about life.
