Weather Forecaster
No doubt few of you realized that World Famous Chef Ronaldo is also a bit of a weather forecaster, as you can see below:
BOOK OF THE WEEK
I generally like to review this book when I begin preparation for a powerlifting contest. However, even if you don’t actively participate in a sport, you may still find it a helpful book.
Body Mind Mastery
By Dan Millman
Physically demanding sports [ ] have a lot in common with skills such as playing the piano. In addition to physical training, mastering these activities requires developing mental and emotional talents as well. Drawing on his own experiences, Dan Millman, in this revised and updated edition of The Inner Athlete, offers a regimen to integrate physical training with psychological growth. (Source: Amazon)
MOVIE OF THE WEEK
This eight episodes series isn’t for everyone, and I am not sure I would have watched all eight episodes if I were not a true Buffy fan (I have every episode of Buffy in my DVD collection). However, I did think the series got better with each episode.
As for a possible season two of Wolf Pack–maybe.

MUSIC OF THE WEEK
I did find it a bit of a challenge to watch this entire video, but I felt obligated to do so since I posted it. I like to change things up now and then from my frequent 50s music postings.

Background
However, I wish I had said what Richy B. said, “She would save us a lot of time by just telling us her name.”
ART OF THE WEEK
St. George and the Dragon
Just in case you are wondering about the real painting of St. George and the Dragon

EXTRAORDINARY PERSON OF THE WEEK
Buffy Summers
Buffy Anne Summers was a Slayer activated in the late 20th century. Born on January 19, 1981, she was called to be the Slayer in 1996 at fifteen years old. Buffy was originally living in Los Angeles, but, due to an incident involving a gang of vampires at Hemery High School, she moved to Sunnydale with her mother, where she acted as guardian of the Hellmouth for seven years before the town’s destruction in mid-2003.
Initially a reluctant hero who constantly wished for nothing more than a normal life, Buffy eventually grew to embrace her destiny. She was unique as a Slayer in many ways; she refused to sacrifice her ordinary life for her supernatural destiny, often operated as part of a team with her friends the Scooby Gang, and had romantic relationships with the notorious vampires Angel and Spike. PHYSICAL TRAITS
Sleep is so important to your health.
CHARACTER TRAITS
Isn’t it true that so many things that you worried about never happened or were not as bad as you thought they would be.
SOCIAL TRAITS
When I reflect on the advice that my friends have given me over the years, the most helpful advice came from those who said things to me which I did not like hearing.

Both the hubster and I enjoyed the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series, so fun. Haha, that Spock! Body Mind Mastery sounds interesting. I came across another interesting-sounding book yesterday, The Structure of Scientific Revolutions by Kuhn.
