BOOK OF THE WEEK
The book below is not an easy read and you should be skeptical as you read it, still I can’t think of a better way to be exposed to art, science and many other issues. It could cause you to think about some of your most cherished beliefs and open up your mind to various possibilities. But again, this is not an easy read, but it is an interesting read.
Art & Physics

MOVIE OF THE WEEK
It is a very nice film. If you enjoyed last week’s film, Café, I believe you will enjoy this film.
Ruby Sparks (2012)
Stephen Holden from The New York Times wrote, “Ruby Sparks doesn’t try to pretend to be more than it is: a sleek, beautifully written and acted romantic comedy that glides down to earth in a gently satisfying soft landing.” (Source: Wikipedia)
MUSIC OF THE WEEK
A lot of people have done this Sam & Dave song (1967), but this is a version that is fun to watch.
Soul Man (1978)
By The Blues Brothers
EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE OF THE WEEK
Regardless of how today’s game goes (01 21 24), if you know this team’s history, I think you will understand why I consider them extraordinary.

PHYSICAL TRAITS
Not only is World Famous Chef Ronaldo into exercise,
but also physical fitness.
Here is a fitness tip from the World Famous Chef:
CHARACTER TRAITS
SOCIAL TRAITS
I believe the vast majority of us are pretty good at avoiding sins of commission.
However, there is a tendency among us to not get involved in situations, where there is obvious wrong-doing.
Just something to think about.
LEARNING TRAITS
You have to ask yourself if what you are doing today is helping or preventing you from getting to where you want to be.
MISCELLANEOUS
It is never too soon to start making 2024 A Great Year.

I’m Tired of Being Ordinary,
Are You?

The Kindle version of this book is free, and the paperback version is $10
However, I must warn you that this book will not change your life, only you can do that.

Character Traits hit home with me today. As I sometimes will rely on my old pattern of thinking but knowing it won’t change anything. However, I ask myself can you do something about it? If my answer is yes, I have to make a plan. If my answer is no, I don’t plan. Ha ! Thank you for your insightful notes. Hope you are doing well.

A proof copy in hand? Release day is just around the corner then! Art and Physics sounds interesting. The hubster and I watched A Bird in the Air. It was a philosophical romance. We enjoyed it!

Yes, I have the proof copies–I’m getting so close. As for Art and Physics, I’m amazed someone could write such a book. I will have to check out “A Bird in the Air”, thanks Priscilla for the tip.

That first suggestion is the best… and SO true. We just miss so much ’cause we’re mostly in the past or the future, not the present, huh?

Thank you for commenting and it is easy to miss the present, since our minds our often dwelling on the past or thinking about the future
