Like his other works, Pachelbel’s Canon went out of style, and remained in obscurity for centuries.
A 1968 arrangement and recording of it by the Jean-François Paillard chamber orchestra gained popularity, and in the 1970s the piece began to be recorded by many ensembles.

Hey, Fred Flintstone resembles Uncle Tony. (Perfect cookie jar.)
I saw Fly Me to the Moon (2024) this week. It’s about Apollo 11, but it’s a also rom com (with patriotism) and some vintage news footage.

Thank you for commenting Priscilla. I thought that same thing, when we saw that Fred Flintstone cookie jar–that looks like Uncle Tony. He knew it did 😊. Raise the Bar will be a bit on an embarrassment for me, as I usually lift considerably more than I am going to this Saturday. Still, it will be a reasonably respectable lift for a 78 year old.
